Kada se spoje vibrantna kreativnost i neprikosnovena imaginacija dobijete Elvira. Jednog od napoznatijih i najpriznatijih frizera u regionu. Stičući znanje na nebrojenim stručnim edukacijama, nastupima na najznačajnijim sajmovima fizera, te radeći sa nekim od najvećih imena iz struke, Elvir je postao sinonim uspjeha. Zahvaljujući svom kvalitetu i iskustvu sarađivao je sa mnogim eminentnim umjetnicima na filmovima, teatarskim predstavama, modnim revijama i muzičkim nastupima. Njegove kreacije pomjeraju granice ustaljenog i prate najnovije svjetske trendove.
Od 2002. godine aktivno sarađuje sa TIGI akademijom u Londonu, a od 2007. godine je licencirani TIGI edukator za Evropu.
Vlasnik je, i predsjednik Udruženej Radionica – škole i radionica za edukaciju frizera koja svake godine priređuje gostovanja i kurseve najpoznatijih svjetskih frizera poput: Stacey Broughton-a (Vidal Sassoon), Lee Staford-a, Adee Phelan te članove kreativnog tima TIGI-a, Akos Body-a, Marije Kovač, Marko Iafrate-a i Heat Grouth-a, koji na čelu sa Anthony Mascolom već godinama diktiraju londonsku i svjetsku frizersku scenu.

With knowledge acquired at numerous professional training events, appearances at leading hair shows, and through work with some of the greatest names in the profession, Elvir has become synonymous with success. Thanks to his qualities and experience, he has collaborated with numerous distinguished artists, in film and theatre productions, fashion shows and music performances. His designs move the boundaries of the conventional and follow the latest international trends.
Since 2002, he has been collaborating with the TIGI Academy in London and in 2007 he became a licensed TIGI educator for Europe.
He is the owner and president of the ‘Radionica’ Association, a school and a workshop for hairstyling training, which organises annual visits and training events by the leading hairdressers in the world, such as: Stacey Broughton (Vidal Sassoon), Lee Staford, Adee Phelan, and members of the TIGI creative team: Akos Bodi, Maria Kovacs, Mark Iafrate and Heath Grout; led by Anthony Mascolo, they have been for years and years the leaders of the London and international hair design scene.
